Female Support Worker – Companion & Domestic Support

Location: Anzac Parade, Sydney area
Pay: $38 per hour
Hours: Adaptable / to be discussed

We are looking for a kind, gentle and reliable female Support Worker to provide support to a lovely client in the Anzac Parade area.

The role is primarily focused on companionship, community access and light domestic support. We are looking for someone who is patient, a positive listener and genuinely enjoys building a comfortable and trusting relationship with the person they support.

About the role:
Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
Driving the client to appointments, errands and community activities
Assisting with light domestic tasks around the home
Supporting the client to get out and about in the community
Being a calm, respectful and positive presence
Listening to the client and supporting their preferences and independence





About you:

We are looking for someone who is:
Female and compassionate
Gentle, patient and a excellent listener
Reliable, trustworthy and respectful
Comfortable driving and assisting with community outings
Confident with light household tasks
Able to speak Filipino/Tagalog (highly desirable)
Someone who genuinely enjoys companionship and making a positive difference in someone’s day

Pay: $38 per hour
