Role is casual and will be located in Alexandria.

Casual Cook – Production Kitchen

Location: Alexandria

Hours: (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Employment Type: Casual

The postion is a casual role, ideal for someone who has experience in a bakery café or production kitchen preparation and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sonoma Chefs in service
Prepare and cook a variety of mis en plus and dishes, including traditional and bakery-inspired offerings.
Manage food preparation to ensure high-quality, fresh ingredients are used.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Work efficiently to meet demand during peak hours and follow prep production lists.

About You:
Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a bakery or production setting.
Ability to work in a high-pressure workplace and handle multiple orders at once.




Robust attention to detail and presentation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
