About the Role

We are seeking full time Chefs who are ready to take a hands-on role in our kitchen. You’ll be leading a passionate team, crafting delicious dishes, and contributing to a vibrant, fast-paced environment. If you thrive under pressure and have a genuine love for food — especially Vietnamese cuisine — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and lead the kitchen team during lunch/dinner service and events
Create and update menus that reflect our brand and seasonal ingredients
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance
Train and supervise kitchen staff and contribute to a positive kitchen culture




Respond flexibly to customer preferences and dietary requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with relevant AQF Certificate III or IV, or
5 years of experience
without formal qualifications
Proven background in Vietnamese cuisine is essential
Strong leadership skills and team management skills
High performance under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Passionate about food, detail-oriented, and creative
