Description

The HSE Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives within the public sector. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a safe working environment. The HSE Administrator will assist in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures, contributing to the overall safety culture of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents and reports.
Provide support in the investigation of accidents and incidents.




Coordinate HSE training sessions and workshops for staff.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
Assist in the preparation of HSE documentation for regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with various departments to promote HSE awareness and best practices.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Experience in a similar HSE role within the public sector or government.
Solid understanding of HSE legislation and regulations.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
