East to West Plant Services is an Australian Civil Construction company. We are currently seeking experienced, full time Drainers/Pipelayers to join our team for ongoing projects throughout Sydney,NSW.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Proficient in reading specifications.
Installation and maintenance of sewer, storm water, water pipelines, watermains and below-ground drainage systems.
Inspect and test drainage procedures for storm water drainage, etc.
Install Trench Support Systems.
Install pipes, fittings, drains and all apparatus for sewer and drainage.
Setting up pipe lasers and carrying out levels - dumpy, string lines, etc to grade pipes.
Drain construction work sites of excess water from pit, trench or excavation.
Assist with plan layout and marking out of materials, as required.
Directing and supporting plant operators.
Carry out WHS requirements and work efficiently in all areas of Drainage and Pipework.




Adhere to WHSE & Quality Systems.
Follow all Policy & Procedures.
Attend training, as required.

A relevant qualification is preferable, but not mandatory.

Must have at least 3 years relevant experience.

Must be reliable, hard working, safety driven and a positive fit for the team.

Applicants must also have a current driver's license.

An OHS card is essential, and a Confined Space Ticket advantageous (training can be provided).

This position is based outdoors, and involves heavy work and the chance for regular overtime. This position is suited to a keen, fit and healthy individual.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive market salary

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
