About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant in a casual position to join our thriving team based at our Rocklea branch. Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on equipment, availability, and pricing.
Maintain the presentation and smooth operation of the branch, including the showroom, yard, and storage areas.
Inspect, clean, service, and prepare hire equipment to a high standard.
Coordinate with operations and workshop teams to ensure timely equipment availability and readiness.
Manage equipment logistics, including protected loading/unloading, deliveries and pickups, and providing safe-use demonstrations to customers.

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in the hire, construction industry or a similar customer facing type role.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
Genuine interest in machinery and equipment (training will be provided).
Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.




Proficiency in basic computer applications.
An LR licence (or higher) and/or a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
