Front Desk Coordinator – JUMP! Swim School, Box Hill NSW
JUMP! Swim School Box Hill is looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our boutique swim school, conveniently located at Carmel Village Shopping Centre in Box Hill.
We are looking for someone who is organised, friendly, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working with children, families and a team.
Please note: We are looking for someone with prior reception/front desk experience. If you do not have previous reception experience, please do not apply.
Hours
Primarily:
Weekdays from 3:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting families
Helping families with class schedules, changes and recent enquiries
Answering phone calls and emails
Working as part of a team to grow our customer base
Keeping the centre clean and tidy
General administration and reception duties
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
Ideal for someone who worked in childcare or school
Hardworking, punctual and reliable
Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
Proactive and able to use initiative
A strong communicator with positive written and verbal English
A problem-solver who looks for solutions
Comfortable working with children and families
Familiar with swimming school operations, or willing to learn
Confident with computers and Microsoft Office
Essential
Previous reception/front desk experience is required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Work Authorisation: Australian citizens and valid Australian work visa holders, including Working Holiday visa holders, are welcome to apply.
