The role:

We're seeking someone eager to take on the responsibility of providing support as a junior property manager. You will be responsible for all the administrative day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with supporting a well-maintained portfolio
Assist with conducting property inspections and condition reports
Assist with tenant screenings and lease agreements
Assist with handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
Assist with managing rental arrears and enforcing lease terms
Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals
Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation




Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations

About you:
Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities
Solid organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team
Professional presentation & motivated attitude
QLD Driver’s License
Must have QLD Real Estate Certificate
