About Us:

Lumos One Denison is a busy, highly regarded café restaurant located in North Sydney. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Cook to join our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing, seasoning, and cooking menu items across various kitchen stations during service.
Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
Collaborating effectively with team members and Chef during high-volume service periods.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification). Relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications may be considered.
At least 1 to 2 years of full time experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting.




Strong knowledge of culinary preparation techniques, knife skills and food safety regulations.
Ability to work a versatile roster, including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
