About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trades Assistant to join our team at Constructive PD in Mandurah, Western Australia. This full time role will see you working alongside our skilled tradespeople, providing essential support to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

What you'll be doing
Assisting tradespeople with a variety of tasks, such as material handling, tool preparation, and general site clean-up
Performing general labouring duties, including digging, drilling, and demolition work
Maintaining a protected and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols
Working collaboratively with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met
Undertaking any other duties as required to support the success of the project

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Labourer, in the construction industry
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks




Robust attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, and a keen interest in the trades
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the Mandurah work site
Telehandler Licence – not essential but favourable
Construction White Card – essential
