Location: FIFO from Perth, WA
Roster: 3:1 Roster
Pay Rate: $95.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Monitor work progress, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
Coordinate personnel, equipment, tools, and materials across work fronts.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permits, JHAs, SWMS, and client requirements.
Liaise with site management, contractors, trades, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate shift reports, handovers, and relevant site documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all team members follow site requirements.

About You
Previous experience in a supervisory role within mining, resources, or heavy industry.




Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to coordinate multiple crews and competing priorities.
Current relevant tickets, licences, and site inductions are highly regarded.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
