About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our team. This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties with customer service, so you’ll be just as comfortable packing orders as you are assisting customers.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders (accurately,securley and efficiently — no one likes the wrong order!)
Label and prepare orders for dispatch
Assist with stock control and inventory checks
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic enquiries
Assist walk-in customers with purchases and product questions
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly,
professional communication skills (Can have a valuable yarn)
Valuable time management and ability to meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to lift/move stock
Reliable, punctual, and a team player (A love of sport would make a positive fit)
