BDS Mechanical are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team on the Gold Coast in Arundel. This is a permanent full time position responsible for directly assisting the accounts team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting accounts with the following duties:
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Entering and reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
Supporting the Accounts Manager with general accounting tasks
Following up outstanding customer accounts and payments
Assist with payroll
General administration and office support as required
Experience,
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Invoicing and experience using XERO
Positive understanding of finance and accounts
Computer literate
Experience in automotive industry a bonus
