We’re a busy, established pest control business based in Currumbin Waters, looking for an experienced Inside Sales Person to join our friendly office team for approximately 20 hours per week.

This is a genuine sales role, so we’re looking for someone with proven sales experience and a solid history of converting enquiries and closing sales. You’ll be speaking with current and existing customers, understanding what they need, recommending the right pest control service and confidently asking for the booking.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid phone-based sales experience
Can demonstrate a history of meeting targets and closing sales
Is confident, friendly and comfortable talking with customers
Is motivated by results without being overly pushy




Is reliable and works well as part of a small team

The role:
Approx. 20 hours per week
Shifts vary depending on business requirements
Based in our Currumbin Waters office
Award rate plus small sales incentives
Pest control experience is not essential – we can teach you the industry, but sales experience is essential
