Crocodile Containers specializes in the sale, rental, and customisation of both recent and pre-owned shipping containers, portable buildings, and comprehensive accommodation solutions. Established in 2017 by Brett Carthew, the company has demonstrated rapid growth. We currently operate with a team of 10 dedicated employees at our Archerfield depot, boasting a collective industry experience of over 50 years.

We are presently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to the continued expansion of our thriving enterprise. Please review the detailed job description below to determine if you are well-suited for this opportunity.

Position: Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:
Our Depot is open from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Handling emails for accounts
Chasing up customers for payments
Sending account statements
Updating direct debit details
Making sure our CRM data is spot on
Keeping an eye on accounts, chasing up slow payers and making sure they stick to their credit limits
Ensuring account applications are completed correctly
Ensuring PPSR registrations are completed when applicable
Generate invoices and contracts
Create and maintain customer accounts in Texada (our accounting software)





Your salary will be negotiated based on your ability to complete some or all of these tasks.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, smartphones, and various applications. Candidates will undergo a computer skills assessment.
Strong aptitude for learning current processes quickly
Effective and concise communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to take initiative in problem-solving scenarios

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
