About the Role:
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe flow of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers around construction and roadwork sites. Every shift is different, and you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on professionalism and safety.

Role Requirements:
Manage traffic flow using stop/slow bat and other controls
Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control equipment
Communicate clearly with site teams and the public
Follow all required safety procedures and protocols
Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For:
Valid Traffic Control certifications
White Card (Construction Induction)




Reliability, punctuality, and solid communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends where required
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
