What we’re looking for:
Individuals who are genuinely fulfilled by the practice of hospitality, building connections, customising guests experience and problem solving
Proven experience at a managerial level in premium venues
Robust service instincts, with the ability to read the floor and lead in real time
A commitment to detail, consistency, and continuous improvement
The ability to develop people and build a high-performing team culture
Current RSA certification.
