We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a busy Indian restaurant.

About the Role
Prepare authentic Indian dishes to a high standard
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation
Work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with kitchen preparation, stock control and daily operations
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team

About You
Proven experience as an Indian Chef
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including curries, tandoor and traditional dishes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Reliable, hardworking and well organised
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
