Blancpain will be opening its first Retail Boutique in Sydney expected November 2026. This is a pivotal role, supporting with the seamless opening of the boutique. As a key ambassador of the brand within the market, Client Advisors are expected to embody the highest standards of professionalism, client service, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service using the Blancpain sales ceremony
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Build and maintain strong client and VIP relationships
Develop and maintain an accurate client database
Drive sales conversion, client retention and repeat business
Maintain robust Blancpain brand and product knowledge
Complete daily stock counts and stock processing accurately
Maintain boutique presentation, housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
Organise and manage back-up stock, packaging and boutique materials
Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
Attend training and continuously develop product knowledge
Contribute to a cooperative, high-performing boutique team
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferred
Highly developed and proven customer service and client relationship skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good computer literacy skills
Valuable time management skills
Team player
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Visual merchandising flair
Full and flexible availability
Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience an advantage
