About the Role

Spring Farm ELC is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to begin a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education while completing a fully paid traineeship.

You will work alongside experienced educators to learn and develop your skills while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist educators in providing high-quality care and education for children
Support the implementation of engaging learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members




Help maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming setting
Follow centre policies and procedures at all times
Work collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, caring, and motivated personality
Ability to obtain or willingness to obtain:
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to complete)

Qualifications
No prior experience required – full training provided
Must be willing to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Pay: $10.00 – $28.00 per hour
