Looking for Experienced MANAGER/BARISTA to manage small busy plac

Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in similar field.

Robust understanding of hospitality and knowledge of specialty coffee.

Must have positive barista experice.

Hard working, honest and punctual

building strong relationships with customers

Results-driven, Effective interpersonal skills.

Valuable communication skills.

Oversee day-to-day front of house operations opening, closing and service flow.

Lead, train and roster a small FOH tea

Manage stock, till reconciliation and daily cash/POS handling

daily monitoring sales performance and labour cost, and report on service issues.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
