We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Smash Burger Chef to join our growing team.The ideal candidate is passionate about producing high-quality burgers, works well under pressure and takes pride in maintaining excellent kitchen standards. You should be confident working on a hot grill, smashing and cooking patties consistently, managing busy service periods and keeping your station clean and organised
.Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking smash burgers to a consistently high standard
Managing the grill during busy service periods
Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
Preparing ingredients and completing kitchen prep
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
Monitoring stock and reducing food waste
Working efficiently and communicating well with the team
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a burger chef, grill cook or kitchen cook
Experience with smash burgers is highly preferred
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Robust attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual and available for versatile shifts
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing business
