About the Role
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to provide high-quality, person-centred support to older Australians and people living with disability. You’ll help clients maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care: showering, grooming, dressing, continence care, oral hygiene, and toileting in line with care plans.
Assist with secure mobility and transfers (hoists, slide sheets, wheelchairs), adhering to manual handling procedures.
Support activities of daily living (meal preparation, feeding assistance, light domestic tasks).
Observe, document, and promptly report changes in client health, behaviour, or risks.
Uphold infection prevention and control standards and maintain a safe setting.
Respect cultural, linguistic, and individual preferences; protect client privacy and rights.




Accurately complete progress notes, incident reports, and rostered documentation.

Skills & Experience Required
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability/Home & Community) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in aged care, disability support, or personal care (community, residential, or hospital).
Sound understanding of care plans, person-centred care, and duty of care.
Strong communication, empathy, and skilled boundaries.
Current First Aid & CPR, and Manual Handling training.
NDIS Worker Screening Check / National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desired: Experience with dementia care, challenging behaviours, and pressure injury prevention.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
