About Us

A to Z Allied Health is a mobile paediatric allied health team supporting children and families across Campbelltown and surrounding areas — in their homes, schools, and communities. We're clinician-led: our team still sees clients ourselves, so we understand what makes this work sustainable long-term.

We're currently hiring for both a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

The Role
Deliver paediatric assessment and therapy across home, school, and community settings
Work with children presenting with autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental delay, and (for SP) language delay and AAC needs
Build individualised, functional therapy plans in collaboration with families, educators, and allied health colleagues
Manage your own caseload and schedule, with structure built around your availability
Local caseload designed to minimise travel time
Part-time and contract roles avaliable.

$100–$130/hour, based on experience

Admin support, so your time goes to clients, not paperwork
Ongoing clinical supervision, including for clinicians early in their paediatric career
Fortnightly peer case discussions and in-person team catch-ups, especially during school holidays

Requirements
AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy) or SPA registration (Speech Pathology)
Confident working independently in home, school, and community settings
Solid communication and rapport-building skills with children and families
Solid organisation and time management
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Full Australian working rights
