About the Role

Betta People are seeking reliable, hardworking labourers to join our labour hire database. You’ll work across a variety of construction, warehouse, transport and landscaping assignments with clients throughout the Moreton region.

The Work

Assignments vary depending on client needs. One shift may involve laying turf on a golf course or unloading deliveries, while another may include general construction labouring or landscape labouring one a commercial property.This role suits flexible team members who are physically capable of manual work and willing to take on different types of labouring assignments.

What You’ll Need
A current Construction White Card
Appropriate PPE, including a hard hat, high-visibility clothing, steel-capped boots and work gloves
Reliable transport. Your own car or motorbike is preferred, but solid knowledge of public transport options is also suitable
Australian working rights
A good level of physical fitness for manual labouring work
Previous labouring experience, preferred but not essential




A reliable attitude and willingness to take on varied assignments

Pay and Conditions

This advertisement covers a range of casual assignments. The applicable up-to-date award, classification and pay rate may vary depending on the client, worksite and duties performed.Your award, classification and rate of pay will be confirmed for each assignment. Betta People pay above the minimum award rate, including any relevant casual loading, penalties and allowances.
