Front of House Team Member – Prospect to Grow

We’re looking for a confident and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team at St James Souvlaki in Bentleigh.

We’re after someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality — someone with great energy, a warm personality and the confidence to provide excellent service in a busy restaurant environment.

This is not currently advertised as a supervisor position. We’re looking for the right person first, with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the team.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous front of house / restaurant experience
Is confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Works well under pressure during busy services
Has a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Is a genuine team player




Is available across evenings and weekends
Is interested in developing their skills and taking on greater responsibility over time
