About the role

You'll manage a caseload spanning residential and commercial conveyancing and family law matters, providing hands-on advice and representation to a diverse client base. Experience or interest in migration law is highly regarded, as there may be opportunities to assist with visa and sponsorship matters as the practice grows.

Key responsibilities
Manage a caseload spanning residential and commercial conveyancing and family law matters
Provide hands-on advice and representation to clients
Assist with visa and sponsorship matters as the practice grows

About you
Current practising certificate in your relevant state (or eligibility to obtain one)
Solid experience in property/conveyancing and family law
Migration law experience or interest preferred, but not essential
Solid drafting and client advisory skills
Ability to manage a busy, diverse caseload independently
