Pipe-Weld is a leading NSW based stainless-steel fabrication company specializing in high quality pipework, pressure piping, process skids and custom fabrication for the water, food, beverage, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team.

About the role

Working in the workshop and in office when required, you will be involved in the fabrication, assembly and installation of a wide range of stainless steel products.

Key duties
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications
Fabricate stainless steel and mild steel components to a high standard
Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting and assembly tasks
Carry out Tig, Mig welding
Consistently maintain a high quality of workmanship
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements
Assist with workshop and site based installation projects as required
Other relevant fabrication duties





About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication, Engineering Fabrication, Boilermaking or equivalent
Experience working with stainless steel fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver licence
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
