ROLE SUMMARY

Minimum one year experience in General practice as a Registered Practice Nurse.

Fluency in communication.
Ensure the provision of quality nursing care through efficient and effective, secure and timely services exercising a significant level of initiative in the direct coordination, implementation and evaluation of care with appropriate outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to personal and career development.
Demonstrated commitment to ensure a high level of customer service.
Effectively communicates and promotes valuable interpersonal relationships both within and outside the organisation.
Knowledge of Best Practice software.

Clinical Nursing Services.
Triage,
Chronic Condition Management.
Health screening/assessments:
75 years plus health assessment




Healthy Kids Check
Health Assessments
Preventative health checks and programs
Immunization

Apply nursing assessment skills and nursing practice in a safe and professional manner that reflects practice standards and guidelines and RACGP guidelines.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of working with clients to achieve social, emotional and physical well-being.

Pay: $40.00 – $47.50 per hour
