About the role

As a Project Manager with Zambrero you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Zambrero construction projects, from concept to defect rectification. Including: planning, staffing, implementation, control, delivery and evaluation.

What you'll do
Provide guidance and assistance in the costing of Scope of Works for individual restaurants in conjunction with Development Agents (DA’s) / Franchise Partners (FP’s)
Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards in the delivery of projects
Manage project contractors according to the established policies and practices of the organisation




Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures including record keeping

What you'll bring
Bachelors or equivalent degree in (Construction) Project Management and/or building trade qualified
At least 2+ years working in a similar or comparable role within retail, hospitality, healthcare or construction management
Ability to manage 4 - 5 projects at one time while in varying stages of completion.
