Join JJ's Waste & Recycling – Australia as a Call Center Team Lead. The role is based in our Dandenong South office and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support to our commercial clients while leading a small team of customer service agents.

Key Responsibilities
Provide qualified customer service to internal and external stakeholders, handling inbound calls and enquiries in a timely manner.
Process documentation and data entry accurately, ensuring all records meet required timeframes.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including follow‑ups, escalations and preparation of outgoing communications.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management teams to facilitate information flow.
Mentor, train and develop the call‑centre team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Desired Qualifications
Experience in customer service and call‑centre environments, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.




Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in transport, logistics or the service industry is highly regarded.
Dedication, reliability and a desire to grow within a secure, family‑owned enterprise.
