Running from 30th November 2026 to 19th February 2027, Beach Energy’s paid Summer Vacation Program puts you inside real onshore projects where engineering, operations and digital technology come together.

As a Summer Vacation Student in our Onshore division, you’ll see how industry and technology work together in the real world, through field surveillance, routine checks, operational workflows, data and conversations with the people closest to the assets.

You’ll work with engineers, operators and digital specialists to understand where better tools can help people capture information, streamline workflows, reduce manual work and support better decisions. You’ll build practical tools such as Power Apps, automations, AI agents and dashboards that help field and office teams work more efficiently.

This isn't a hypothetical university assignment. The solutions you build could be used by the business well after your placement ends.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced professionals across the business, with prospects to learn through day-to-day work, structured program activities, coaching, feedback and practical exposure to Beach Energy’s operations.
