You'll be stepping into a business that's scaling rapid across multiple retail channels, where forecasting accuracy has become a genuine commercial priority rather than a reporting exercise and joining a pilot that sits at the intersection of Commercial, Business Planning and Demand Planning - three teams that don't always speak the same language, and you're the translator.

You'll lead this pilot runs - deciding how to structure the SKU-level analysis, building the dashboards from scratch, and shaping the recommendations that go to leadership. If it lands, there's a real case for this becoming a permanent function - and you'll be the one who built the blueprint.

What you'll do
Lead the design, execution and evaluation of a forecasting pilot at SKU level across key retail customers
Deep-dive into SKU and account-level performance to establish historical trends,



promotional impacts and baseline forecasts
Build automated, interactive Power BI dashboards that consolidate forecasting data from multiple commercial sources
Partner with Business Planning and Demand Planning to align commercial targets with operational and inventory realities
Present forecasting accuracy metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to help decide whether this becomes a permanent framework

What you'll need
Solid numerical and analytical skills with a genuine curiosity for digging into data
Background in commercial business planning, inventory planning, demand forecasting or sales analysis - FMCG or retail experience essential
Advanced Power BI (database connections, DAX, data modelling, interactive dashboards)
Advanced Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables)
Comfortable translating complex data into plain, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
