Overview

This role is hybrid (about 2x a week in office - uptown Charlotte), with great hours, flexibility, and advantages. This role is base + discretionary bonus - north of $100k package.

Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and profit allocation statements, including NAV calculations, in line with client deadlines.
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding monthly reporting and inquiries.
Support team members with monthly tasks and coordinate with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and best practices.
Assist with onboarding recent clients and launching current funds.
Review and improve accounting workflows to enhance NAV production efficiency.
Ensure internal reporting requirements are met.




Contribute to strategic departmental and company-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
CPA & Masters is preferred, not required
5+ years of Fund Accounting Experience
Solid background in financial services, especially with hedge funds, private equity or investment firms
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively
