Running from 30th November 2026 to 19th February2027, Beach Energy's paid Summer Vacation Program gives you the chance to gain practical industry experience, contribute to meaningful work and build the skills, confidence and networks that can help launch your career.

As a Summer Vacation Program - Commercial student, you will join Strategy and Commercial division in Adelaide, supporting the Sales, Marketing, Trading and Commercial Operations team through a structured placement focused on commercial analysis, business research, stakeholder engagement and project-based work.

You will work on meaningful projects that contribute to actual business outcomes, gain hands-on experience rather than observing from the sidelines, and present findings and recommendations to Executive and Senior Leaders at the end of the program.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor and buddy, with ongoing guidance, coaching and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals across the business.

Additionally, there will be the chance to visit one of our operational sites and see how the industry operates in practice, giving you exposure to activities not typically experienced at university.
