What You'll Do
Coordinate surgical bookings
Process customer orders
Liaise with hospitals and surgeons
Manage urgent requests
Maintain accurate ERP records
Work closely with internal teams
About You
Customer service experience
Medical device or healthcare experience ideal
NetSuite or similar ERP
High attention to detail
Science graduates with industry experience are encouraged to apply.
