Engineers Australia is seeking a Business Adoption Lead to drive meaningful transformation across the Transformation Program. You’ll plan and deliver adoption activities, shape change narratives, and work with executives to embed sustainable change that perks members and the organisation.
This is an 18-month fixed-term prospect. You’ll establish adoption capability, lead a team, and partner with leaders to ensure readiness, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
