Azora Finance Group is seeking a motivated Collections Officer to join our Commercial Asset Finance team. You will contact customers in arrears by phone and email to understand their situation and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts 30+ days in arrears, identify hardship cases with the Hardship team, and work collaboratively to minimise delinquency and losses.
