Crown Sydney is seeking a Hotel Concierge Attendant for a full time role based in the hotel lobby. You will welcome guests, provide personalised recommendations, and coordinate services across the resort to enhance each stay.
You will need experience in high-volume luxury hospitality, robust organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion. Shifts span 7 am–11 pm on a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
