Americold is seeking a Shift Manager at our Prospect NSW site to oversee day-to-day warehouse production flow in a cold storage distribution workplace. You will lead Team Managers and warehouse staff to ensure secure, effective operations and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the site operations leadership team, this role focuses on people, product, and process across the operation, with Monday to Friday day shifts and emphasis on performance metrics and cost control.
