About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive commercial growth through strategic territory development
Expand the customer base and increase portfolio share
Conduct face‑to‑face sales calls, product demonstrations and customer training
Represent the company at industry events,



workshops and conferences
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning
Manage a large geographical territory efficiently across QLD and WA

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ infield sales experience within the aesthetic industry — ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical or aesthetic device market
Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate scientific data confidently and persuasively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Tertiary qualifications in business, science, health or related fields (preferred)
Robust territory management capability
Strategic Thinking & passion for results
Sales Ability & Planning Skills
