Serco Australia is seeking a proactive Rostering Coordinator to join the Operational Support Centre (OSC). You’ll optimise rosters across contracts, be the first contact for workforce management systems, and partner with site leaders to ensure timely, accurate staffing and smooth operations.
You’ll work rotating shifts from 7:00am to 10:36pm across seven days, with a focus on roster updates, performance analysis, and quick decision-making in a energetic workplace.
