Job responsibilities:
Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Maintain explicit communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.
Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
