The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a casual Support Worker for Bowral Youth Refuge to assist young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will work with Case Workers to implement individual care plans, focusing on stability, resilience and pathways to independence.

Role involves trauma-informed, person-centred support, practical assistance and navigating complex needs, with shifts across the roster to suit availability.
