Estimator – Infrastructure / Industrial Experience

Your Current Role

Join CV Services as an Estimator based in Hendra, playing a key role in delivering competitive and accurate pricing across high voltage substations, renewables, industrial and electrical infrastructure projects. You will take ownership of the full estimating lifecycle—from reviewing tender documentation through to submission—while working closely with delivery teams to develop smart pricing strategies. The role will see you preparing detailed cost breakdowns, analysing risks and opportunities, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids. You will also ensure seamless handover to project teams, maintaining clarity and alignment from bid to delivery.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Trade or tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience estimating within electrical infrastructure or construction (HV, utilities, rail, roads or WWTP / STP or industrial)
Strong understanding of estimating software and cost modelling tools
Ability to interpret technical specifications and tender documentation
Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills




Ability to manage multiple tenders and priorities effectively
