Downer Group is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Regional Manager in Adelaide to lead the strategy across healthcare, education, social housing and public infrastructure contracts. You will partner with operational leaders, drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive safety culture across sites.
You will report to the Head of Zero Harm Operations and mentor a four-person HSW team, delivering sustainable safety outcomes and regulatory compliance.
