Lives Lived Well at the Southport centre is seeking a Carer Peer Support Worker to support families and caregivers of young people accessing headspace services. You will deliver peer support through one-on-one sessions, group activities, education, advocacy, and system navigation.
Drawing on lived experience, you will help families feel understood, reduce isolation, and promote hope and recovery while working with a multidisciplinary team in a person-centred care model.
