Working within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment, the Clinical Counsellor carries a clinical caseload and delivers individual, family, and group counselling interventions. This role applies a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach, supporting clients in identifying goals, building resilience, and improving overall functioning in a protected and respectful therapeutic workplace.
The Clinical Counsellor also contributes to program development, supports client progress through ongoing evaluation, and collaborates with community partners to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
