Ventia in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Safety (SHEQ) Advisor to support our Rig and Well Services contract. The role roams across remote Queensland sites, travelling between rigs and operational locations to provide hands‑on safety support and coach crews and leaders on secure work practices.
You will work with a proactive SHEQ team to influence safety behaviours, conduct audits and investigations, and ensure Ventia’s systems are applied in diverse settings.
