Full time position Approx. 38 hours per week Must be available 6 days a week Long-term position Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate Basic knowledge/experience in an Indian restaurant required Main Duties: • Assist the Head Chef with daily preparation • Tandoor and/or curry preparation and cooking • General kitchen duties • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards • Work as part of a busy kitchen team Location: Nowra, NSW – approximately 2 hours from Sydney.
